LOL, One of my co-workers is moving on to a new position within the company and will be leaving our office next week. She's a huge cat lover and we all share a quirky sense of humor. I think for her going away party we'll have to bake her a cake:

I submitted the recipe to the Hartford Courant food editor and they printed it. It's a wonderful novelty cake. But I guess alot of the readers were offended by it, and let them know it.
Oh well, to each his own, right??

My daughter Alicia and I made one for her Christmas party. Everyone loved it.
It's a delicious cake if you give it a shot. :)
I think the novelty would be lost on me. Yuck. :p
I made that cake for my family's celebration on the occasion of my parents' 40th anniversary.
It was a big hit. Everyone LOVED it!
