Need Help!!! Downloading Photos!!

[b] Normally I don't have any trouble figgering out how to download my photos. But I just got some new pics put onto Walmart.com. And when I went to retrieve them to download them so I can put them on Webshots, when I right-click on the large photo the toolbar that I normally get that says view image or save image doesn't show up at all. Then when I go to download the pictures the way that Walmart has. (Separate icons) it won't let me it gives me errors.
Can anyone help me?
Also if the pics are small I can right click on them and get the toolbar. What is it I have to do to get them bigger when I transfer to Webshots? Is it expensive?
