Dogs were only technically allowed on paved areas, but I made them pose a few inches off of the paved areas.

Of course, we drive 10 minutes down the road and arrive at a little pull-off area -- free & the dogs were allowed to walk wherever. We had to pay for the park and the dogs weren't allowed anywhere but paved areas.
