I'm in Juneau Alaska!!
My Alaskan adventure has begun everyone! I came from Atlanta GA to Haines Alaska for a four month internship with a museum of National History. My plane took off at 8:30 this morning. The first flight was from Atlanta GA to Seattle WA and it was about 5 hours long. That one was not bad at all! I sat in the middle of the plane in a row of 3 seats. Luckily out of the 3 seats I got an aisle one. Well none of my neighbors showed up so I had 3 whole seats to myself for about 5 mins, then someone moved into the other isle seat leaving a seat between us. I had SO much leg room, the seat was big and comfortable. My next flight was from Seattle to Juneau and it was only about 2 hours but it was horrible. My lower back was killing me I was tired, hungry and my stomach was upset. The people I sat next too were super nice though! I'm now in Juneau and I leave very early tomrrow on a Ferry for Haines. I can't wait to be there!!
I have some pics of Juneau to show you, here they are enjoy!!
