To be totally honest I am not sure if it is a basset hound trait or not. I know Noba from head to tail, but I guess I've never noticed the slight turning out of his front teeth. Have to look closer at it when I get home!!! :D

Edited to add: I looked on the AKC Web site - the basset standard refers to toeing out a bit.
