I have been Unemployed for over a year now, Not that Being a stay at home mom was bad or anything, but some adult Conversation once in a great while would be nice. So I have been looking for a nice part-time job. and have had no luck.
Wednesday afternoon, my neighbor came over and said that her work was looking for somone to work part-time, 3 days a week, 6 hour days. She gave me the number to her boss. I called first thing Thursday morning,a nd she had me come in for an Interview that afternoon. I was a wreck, I was scrambling to find something to wear!! I spent the previous 10yrs in the Army, so I had no need for realy nice clothes! Thankfully tucked way back in my closet was a nice suit set, I had bought for a funeral! Thank fully it still fit!! he he he he!
The interview went great! I left feeling very good about it! I cant even remember the last time I had to go to a job iterview!!
I got the call this Morning! I got the Job!!! Woohoo!! I am so excited!! I start next Thursday!! I will be working for the State, in the DMV inspections Office!! It pays great, and I dont have to worry about a sitter during school, cause my hours are great!! Course it is almost summer, So I will have to find one anyways. But This is just great for me!
