I bought the dumb thing and after 3 days quit working right. I think it has to do w/ sensor. So I took the dern thung apart and 2 springs came out of motor an I have no idea where the go. Ive contacted littermaid and wouldnt ya know... they dont have this model anymore nor do they have assembly manual :rolleyes: $90 down the drain.

If you have only had it a short time and it was defective I would think you should get a refund.
Dont take no for an answer keeping on phoming and emailing until you get satisfaction.
A lot of times they say NO first as a lot of people will give up.
