Onyx is back!

A long while ago (almos 2 yrs ago actually :eek: ) my roomate at the time found a tiny beraggled black kitten and named him Onyx. When he moved out, he took Onyx with him. Admittedly I was sad (and Remus I think was a bit bummed too, Spook is an antisocial critter and didn't care lol) and kind of wished that I could keep Onyx but I wasn't going to catnap him because my friend was very attached and a good catdad. Well, now my friend is moving to a place where he absolutely cannot have Onyx, and when he asked me if I could foster him for an indefinite length of time I gladly accepted!

I don't have any current pix of Onyx (and I KNOW I need to get more of my gang too...looks like I'll be trying to repair the flashy box :D) so I'm including his kitten pic, just to re-introduce him.

LOL! :D So far so good...minimal ammount of hissing from both sides, athough I think poor Onyx is confused that his catdad left him :(. I will try to make his adjustment a little easier though, and give him cuddles when he is ready.

Right now Onyx is hiding under the couch and Remus is sniffing around wondering why his old pal is being so antisocial. Spook has this look on her face like "You brought HIM back?!?" lol.

THEY WILL LEARN TO ADJUST, THATS THE ONE THINGS THAT CATS ARE VERY GOOD AT.
I AM LUCKY THAT THE FOUND CATS ARE LIKE THAT PROVERBIAL BOX OF CRAYONS AS THEY ALL GET ALONG TOGETHER VERY WELL CONSIDERING THERE ARE 14 IN A SMALLISH HOUSE.

Onyx is being a much more social critter today. I think he figured out that we were just as willing to cuddle up with him as anyone else and decided to camp all day long on our bed lol.

I even caught all three of the kitties playing together for a bit (dont tell them that though!)

I am so glad that you have Onyx back! :D Especially since you and Remus both missed him and enjoy him so! :D

He is so pretty, too! :D He kinda reminds me of Soni! :D
