Prayers needed for my friend's dog REX

My best friend's dog, Rex, has two tumors. They didn't notice until last night and it is either possibly just a tumor, cancer, or an infection. I love this dog so much, he's the biggest sweetheart. He literally thinks hes a lap dog. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers, if he goes then I'll be heartbroken. They are taking him to the vet today or tommorow.

Aw, he really is a cutie-pie. I hope it is nothing serious. Let us know what the vet says.
