Not my problem, but since her internet will absolutely not work, I'm posting this for Monica (dogzr#1)
Does anybody know what could be causing this and how it could be fixed?
I was thinking maybe something like her computer was hacked into? Or a virus? Spyware?
try rebooting your system and modem
Is she using a wireless router?
