Spay/Neuter clinics in the Shreveport, LA area?

My cousin is going to move to Shreveport soon, and is going to take 2 kitties with her. She's going to need them both spayed though. She's not able to pay a lot, because she's been unemployed and job-searching for awhile. Does anyone know of some low cost vets in that area?
