Charlie eats a lizard
My grandmother's cat Charlie ate a lizard the other day. She say the cat with the lizard and was unable to catch him before he ate it. The cat began to go bonkers a short time later, running about, hopping etc at a fast pace. Then the cat laid down and acted drunk. She took him to the vet an the vet said that certain lizrds have a chemical that cats ingest when they eat lizards. The cat was on a bit of a "high" and would be fine. Has anyone else heard of this before?

No, I've never heard of this before. I'm glad that my cats can't catch lizards because they're indoor only kitties. Thanks for the info. :)
