I was looking at Blue Angel pictures from San Diego when I heard this on the news. So sad. :(
I'll keep the pilot and family in my thoughts and I hope those injured recover quickly.
I thought about the lne from the movie-
"When you hear a bell it means an Angel got his wings."
These guys truly are brave, talented and fearless.
When the crash first happneed I was watching the news and someone commented that the pilot "probably went down with the plane to keep it from crashing into a populated area..."
As an HUGE fan of airshows and planes in general, That is always my biggest fear...seeing a plane crash.

God bless him, his family, the BA's and everyone that saw it happen. :(
Since my whole family have been Navy and lived in Pensacola, we especially feel the loss and are so sad about this.
I love to watch them fly. What a sad sad day. :(
So sad. :( I grew up looking forward to watching the Thunderbirds, the Air Force equivalent to the Blue Angels, at Shaw AFB, near my home.
