It was pouring rain last night and pretty much all of today. Of course Rusty had to go outside, so he went out in his raincoat. :D He still got so wet though because he stood there not wanting to go until my mom figured he didn't want to go with the coat on (afraid he'd pee on it lol). Here's two pictures,feeling lazy so there attached.

Maybe let him get used to it in the good weather so it helps keep him dry next storm?
