I registered at PetStyle. Is there a form I must fill out to order the tag, or does it just automatically send it once you're registered?

this one is no longer there and some of the others are out dated as Well :(

Check the posting dates on these before getting all excited. Some of the early ones in the thread are from 2007, and that last one was from 2 months ago.
