I've had to pill my cat, not fun for either of us!

You should consider finding a pharmacist who will give you a transdermal paste made from the crushed meds, which you can rub in you cats ear. There are alot of blood vessels there and the meds will be absorbed with no fuss!

Worked for us!

The paste is like a jelly which you rub onto the inside of the inner ear membrane. Afterwards give your cat a snack, or teach it something new.

Your people were very clever to notice your *clerical collar* there on your neck. How fitting that we have a *kitty of the cloth* as Easter Sunday's Cat of the Day. You sound like you are a good boy with your medicine, my eldest Louie is also a good boy.....he actually drinks his medicine from the bottle and takes his tablets without any problems....unlike our other cat Tigger! It doesn't matter how much we diguise meds, he always spits them out! Thank goodness he doesn't have them very often!

I'm so sorry you have to take nasty medicine, but look what it's done for you and your family. But it looks like it works, which is the important thing, to keep you healthy and happy.

Deacon, you look very cute in your bunny ears! You must love your humans a lot to let them dress you up like that; some kitties wouldn't tolerate such silliness. I'm sorry you've had health problems. You are a good boy to take your pills so willingly and for trying to convince Barney to take his meds! I hope you got lots of catnip-filled eggs from that "other" Easter bunny!
