Last weekend I was asked by my littlest neighbor, Asia, who is 3 years old - "Is she the Easter Bunny?" as she was petting Miss Hoppy.
I explained that she's not only my Easter Bunny, but my Christmas Bunny and my New Year's Bunny, and she was originally my Birthday Bunny!
"I wish I had a bunny," Asia said wistfully.
"I know, sweetie, when I was a little girl, I wanted a bunny, too. And my Daddy said 'when you have your own house, you can get a bunny.' So when Paul and I bought this house ...
"You got a bunny!" little Asia, big sister Taylor and I all said together! :)
"So you can, too, some day."
"Okay," she said, not completely convinced. But she is just three!
