Today?
Really, is it the same over in Europe too?
I love it! I can now walk Fenway after work & not have to wear my headlamp and get hit by a car!!!

Find out what time zone you are in.
I have felt a bit "off" all day. (no comments from the peanut gallery) ;)

Normally the computer and the VCR re-set themselves automatically. This year they both failed to do so.
Anything to do with earlier springing ahead you think?
Any electronic device older than 2 years old isn't programmed for the changes to the daylight savings time calendar.
Microsoft and apple both have patches out to fix the OS.
On most other consumer electronics you'll have to make the change manually.
Oh, YUPPERS! - Sure does have to do with the "early" DST!Quote:

Connect to Microsoft.com or Apple.com and follow the DST links.
Electronics like your VCR, TV's, even some Microwave and stove clocks ...
will forever be confused by Daylight Saving Time -
because those appliances have no way to connect back to their Manufacturer
and "ask" for updated instructions. :(
You'll just have to look up (good luck finding the instruction book!) the
"Clock Setting" Instructions and manually enter the "new" Daylight Saving Time.
And plan to go back and RE-DO it again in three weeks ... when that appliance
"thinks" DST is beginning - and makes ANOTHER "Spring Forward"!
Same thing will be required in the Fall - the appliance will turn OFF DST
one week Too Early - you'll have to turn in back on; then off again when
DST "really ends".
Ain't 'Lectronics just wonnerful!?
We don't have DST in Arizona. We couldnt stand any extra hours of daylight. In fact I had to turn my air conditioning on today.
It's going to be a long hot summer!
The VCR I can understand, but the computer is NEW! Well, Ok... just over a year old. :p
Yeah, we just switched off the automatic settings. Resigned ourselves to future manual labor. *sigh*... ... ... LOL!!!

Two years ago S.O. and i traveled to Indiana. The difference not having DST was big. For once I felt refreshed when i woke up and it was actually what time i felt it was. I was all set to move there... and now they have DST too!!! Ticked me off.
