A few Robin pics

Robin is a real sweety. She is getting used to having the whole place to explore and she is slowly learning that daytime is the time to play instead of all night long (whew!). She and CJ pretty much ignore each other. There have been a few minor spats - hissing and paw swipes - but nothing major. They seem to give each other a wide berth, with Robin being the one to show an attitude first and CJ only wanting to play.

I've only gotten a few pics recently, so here you go.
She is a true Daddy's girl. If both Terry and I are laying on the couch and she comes out, she will look at him, look at me, then jump up by him and begging for attention from him, leaving me out in the cold. ;)

And one final one. We went for a hike in the desert and came across this "artistic" Saguaro. I thought it was really cool and just had to take a picture of it.

Finally, two videos. CJ discovered his little bathroom lizard awhile ago. The first video is of his paws from inside the bathroom. Now Robin has discovered the same bathroom lizard and the second video is the view from outside the bathroom. I really have to get a video of her from inside because those feet with the huge two tufties appearing under the door is just too durn adorable! :D

I agree, she is so darn BEAUTIFUL!! All the "fluff" and beauty and I have to add, her name fits her so well. WOW! Those pictures show her in a way that I haven't seen before.... did I miss them when I was gone or what? You were so lucky to find her, and a Daddy's girl at that!

CJ is as handsome as ever and he "shines" just as bright as Robin with his handsomeness.

I just love those furry feet!

and ...

"The file has an extension (.wmv) that does not match the file format.
Strange things may happen." (NUFFIN Happens!) :(

All the Other CJ Videos - him outside on the leash - played OK **AFTER** I
downloaded them onto my hard drive.
The Bathroom Videos won't play after being downloaded and stored.

And they "store phunnie" ... no snapshot image - just a film outline with WMV in the center
and the filename below.
All the other videos stored with a sharp photo image and the file name.
In all cases, the file suffix is the same .wmv

Oh Debbie, it's so nice to see Robin settling in. I'm sorry that she leaves you out in the cold though :( but Terry must be thrilled that she is a daddy's girl.

Love the "snooty" look on CJ's face....I think he gets that from his kissing cousin Abner. ;) ;)

Oh Debbie, Robin reminds me of my little Patches. Although truly, Robin is a much lovelier girl than my Patches was.

But I used to call her my little ice cream sundae - with all of that marshmallow, hot fudge and caramel mingling in her fur.

Sounds to me as though Robin is one smart cookie - going after her Daddy like that.

Now back to try the videos - Phred, pass the popcorn over here, o.k.?

She reminds me so much of our Cassiegirl. They look so alike. We lost her about 7 years ago but the joy she brought us will live with us forever. Cassie was an indoor outdoor girl. When she would come back inside she would spend 15 minutes talking to us, telling us all about it. She was also a great hunter, always leaving something gross and intestinal on my patio or front door. Her tail would stand straight up and then at times it touched her head it would curl over. Your Robin has brought back so many happy memories, thank you so much for sharing this lovely photo of your precious girl.

She was going goofy this morning, running around like a nut and playing with her catnip balls. CJ just watched with a quizzical expression on his face. :D

As for viewing the videos....I have the new IE7 on my computer and they worked fine. Terry has the old IE6 on his computer and I had to download them. However, once I downloaded them they worked. The only thing I can suggest is once you have it downloaded, right click on it and try opening it with a different video player like Real Player. Most people probably have Real Player downloaded already since other videos use it as their default viewer. When you right click, click on "Open With" and find your Real Player viewer. If it doesn't automatically show up, click the "Choose Program" button on the screen that pops up and look in (eventually) Programs - Real Player.

It is Robin's elegant carriage and profile that most intrigue me. Look at that face as she stand on her pawpa! The petite upturned nose....the delicate head....

then I realize what other cat it puts me in mind of and it is ......CJ!
