Ritzee heer...mommee cat iz sleepn late, soz I cann put my wittle white pawpads to the keebord and tell alls her pet friends that sheeezz 46 yearz olt toodae...she problee duzznt wunt yu too kno her age, but I'z been seeinn sum pretty embearassing photos of me showin me tummee and other pryvut parts, so thhis is ok as fur as I can tell.
Wish mommycat happy burfday today...she'll probably forgive me and give me some new mousees to play wif...

I had a neat day - unusual for me - went for a walk, watched the sunrise over a lake, saw a momma duck and baby duck swim across the lake, lots of mist rising over the lake - really beautiful.
My spouse was racking his brain for a gift and asked what I wanted - I suddenly had this urge to play in the dirt......we went to Lowes and bought a ton of plants, flowers and ceramic pots, a lot of potting soil and a new hammock. My back deck now looks like a little garden. Lots of work but lots of fun too...
Ritz watched from the window and gave instruction by pawing at the glass...she was DYING to get out there, but stayed put like a good kitty....then she got bored and took a nap.
My spouse baked a cake and made a wonderful meal, complete with candles and champagne, and I took a nap on my new hammock! Ahhhh, a nice summer day!
