Well Now he's dead I called the store to protest this incedent after going to the vet. They didn't want any trouble and on Febuary 20th When the new shipment of frogs come in I am allowed to get a new Pacman frog. I had to say yes knowing that I can save a frog from theharming that poor pacman at no cost. He is green unlike Philbert who was albino.
