I have used her for my cat Kylie.

I've used her for Kia and Chipper. :) I meet her in person since she lives locally.

I have had both Duke and Dasher read. She helped a lot with Dasher on explaining how he felt. We were both feeling sad for the same reason: missing our companions. Me missing Duke and Dasher missing his lab buddy. She made me realise I needed to open my heart more for
Dasher, which is very hard. She also told me that Duke is near but doesn't want to get too close because I'm too fragile right now. She told me something not pet related, too, which I hadn't even mentioned at all. She's good at what she does and she's a very caring person.

Are there any requirements regarding the photo of Cleo that Claudia has to send? I figure it's important to see her eyes? And does the photo have to show the entire cat, or just her face? Cleo is always wearing an Elizabethan collar because otherwise, she would hurt herself. Do you think it would be better to take a photo of her without it?

I think as long as it has just the cat in it with a full view of her face it would be ok - I remember Gini sending one of all 3 cats and Nancy said they were all talking at once! :)

Sorry..I just saw this thread... I've used Nancy too, for Logan and RB Cody. She also tuned in unexpectedly on some human folks who kept interrupting!!! She's awesome, sweet, caring and will answer all your questions.

I've also talked with Nancy--I highly recommend her.
