Oh poor sweet Tyler!
Hope his little tummy gets better. :(
oh poor dear one! sounds so much..
hope his tummy feels better soon too.
awwwwww gentle tummy rubs and a warm lap and rocking chair! I truly hope he feels better very soon! :)
He threw up a couple more times and is now in his crib sleeping. I have a baby monitor at my side and fresh towels and sheets are standing by in case he wakes up or throws up again. Poor kid :(
Poor Tyler, tell him I feel his pain, and I sure don't like throwing up either.
hubby is throwing up as well now :( My poor boys!
Be careful you dont start throwing up.
Keep your hands clean & I'd wear a mask. You dont need to be throwing up being preg's.
Poor baby and hubby. I hope they are both feeling better soon. Take care of yourself so that you don't catch it, too. :(
Yes! Definitely look out for yourself. Wash those hands often!
Initially I thought my Mom was crazy when she gave me 6 sets of crib sheets. But after going through the same thing a few times, I realized she just wanted us to be prepared.
Pedialyte works wonders for Mimi when she gets tummy bugs. She keeps it down very well and loves the grape taste. Beware multicolored poos though if you use it.
Mary Joyce doesn't take Pedialyte very well, but she loves orange Gatorade, if you need an alternative.
Not to scare you but you should probably take him in. My daughter had that in 4th grade so she was much bigger, she got dehydrated very quickly, she did have diarreah also though.
I took her in and they couldn't even get an iv in her they had to put a tube down her nose and that was after one day of the vomiting.
Poor Tyler and poor hubby.... :(
Be careful Missy, it might not be good for your baby in your tummy...!
Poor Tyler. Jonah had that, too. He threw up for seven days straight. That's right- 7 days! In nearly every room of my house.
The doctor said NO food unless he has been vomit free for 4 hours, minimum. Of course, he would be vomit free for 4 hours, eat a little, then throw up. :D
And, small, small sips of liquid. The doctor advised a tablespoon at a time, every twenty minutes, if he kept it down.
We did the fruit popsicles after a few days, but, still, he through it up. I went to the doctor after his first full day of vomiting, and second day of diahrea...but, phone calls after that. The nurse said if he isn't throwing up more than 3 times an hour...not to call....in a VERY nice way.
It just ran its course. My house still stinks. :o
How's things in the sick bay today?
