The ship that floats is demanding the lighthouse move out of it's way....a lighthouse can't move it's on land...but the ship can and is refusing to because americans like to get their way. At least that is what it is saying, whether it's true or not I don't know.

americans and canadians where asking to change courses to avoid collision between their "ships"
the americans thought the canadian "ship" was a ship and demanded them to change course to prevent collision but the canadian "ship" was indeed a LIGHTHOUSE!!! (so they couldnīt change course)
