2.7 million dollar dog food?

The Lost Angeles City council had stepped in to hold up the 2.7 million award..
Why?

The fireman who was 'hazed' had a history of puilling pranks himself...like helping shave the groin of a rookie and some other shenanigans...
Someone sent photos to a local radio station, in those pics Mr Pierce was clearly seen laughing and helping in the hazings.

The kicker?

The "civil rights" groups in the area are upset that the award is questioned.

I am (almost) at a loss for words.

I usually avoid reading things like this because they make me SO angry.

So .... a guy can dish it out but can't take it? And for this he gets almost 3 million dollars??

This just SICKENS me.

Am I the only person who finds this assinine? Ive had to eat dog food to SURVIVE and this jerk feels "harassed"?!?!
