I know this doesn't belong here but I have gotten to know everyone here. My dad recently learned he has to quit smoking , well as daddys girl, he asked me to quit with him. His doctor put him on pills to help him. My question is , Do any of you know any tricks that will help??? I think I will need all of the help and advice I can get......
Its far harder to quot smoking than most people think as I think that the Tobacco Comapnies have been making cigarettes addictive for years.
No advice, but prayers for you and your Dad.
I wouldn't know because I've never smoked but I think that there are patches that you can use. You have to get a prescription from your doctor though. There's also the gum. Good luck. :)
I've also heard that you have to really want to quit for you or else it won't work.;)
