Pet Refuge (the shelter that Sophie came from and I keep making people go and look at) is raffling off a pedal car that is a replica of Earnhart's #3 at a dollar a ticket with all proceeds going to the shelter. They said you can order by mail and send the check back with the completed tickets and need not be present to win.

I've never been an Earnhardt Fan..more a Tony Stewart/Bobby Labonte/Joe Gibbs Racing fan, but a donation to a pet shelter gets the Earnhardt a few extra points in my book :)

Nope, just go to www.petrefuge.com and you can get the information. I know that it said that you could mail in your request and then they would send you the ticket and you would send your check back with the completed stub!

PS. One of my best friends does PR work and she got hired on at the Michigan Speedway (she hasn't done in a couple of years because of her work with the FW Wizards) and she did something there where she was down in the pits and getting info from the drivers. That thrilled her because she LOVES Jeff Gordon.
