10th birthday present

I need ideas! Jake's 10th birthday is coming soon. This is a big one, as we were not sure for awhile that he would make it to 10, but he is doing great. He is very allergic, so treats are out. He doesn't much care for stuffed toys anymore, and he refuses to retrieve if its not in water! (yes, we have a water kong, and a very large pile of sticks). We are planning on taking him for a hike, as rides and hikes are pretty much his favorite thing, after food.

Any ideas?
