We went hiking too... [Pics]

Of course Florida isn't as pretty as some of the other states in the fall, but we found this nice little park very close by that had a walking trail. It could probably be a gorgeous park if the trails were more well groomed. There wasn't anybody else there. I left Skyy at home because I wanted to check out the park before I brought all of them there, just in case, plus I think Zoie needed some 'me' time. Zoie and Romeo had a blast.

Wow, that place looks really jungley and fun! :D Both dogs look great!

Zoie and Romeo looked like they had fun. Florida is such an interesting place- I can't believe how warm and green it looks in October!

Thanks for the comments. Yes, the trail was pretty overgrown, I was surprised because usually the parks dept. keeps up with that kind of stuff. And it's actually not that warm today...between 75-80 I think.

Great pictures! You may not have fall colors but it is still beautiful. Romeo, oh Romeao, you are adorable but Zoie you make my heart melt, I have a soft spot for whippet mixes and oh what a cute face you have. Looks like you guys had fun, hiking is the best!

From the pictures it could be on an island somewhere!

I don't think there were any gators there, but you never know. The next time I go to the park closer to my moms house, I'll snap some pictures of them for you guys. There's always gators there, big ones too.

Haha yeah, it seems peaceful but the interstate was about 1/2 mile along side it, and also a small airport is up the street.
