Some of you may know that i one day plan to be my own shelter, I've been putting alot more thought into it lately mostly because i will be moving in about 6 or 7 months and once i move i will be looking for a location to be able to open my own shelter! What i was wondering was, how do i do it? What licenses do i need, or who would i need to talk to? Please help! Thanks a bunch again!!!
