Hi everyone!
Yesterday we brought home 3 six week old foster puppies. They're boxers and oh so cute!
One, however, is grating on our nerves. She is co-dependent, big time! When we aren't in the room, she cries.
Any tips?

Easy!
Just don't leave the room!
;)
(Or buy earplugs.) :p
Is there a room you could put her in where she can always see someone in the house? The room with the most activity...
If not, maybe leaving a tv or radio on for her will help. And if there is a window low to the floor in the room, you could open the blinds for her to watch what's going on outside.
She's got to learn. I think you will need to put up with the crying for a while, until she learns that all is ok. Reassure her, periodically, without picking her up, and leave the room again. She'll "get" it. I'm going through the exact same thing with a 1 year old rescue, right now, and she is doing great after two weeks.
