Computer people - correction to my question...

The attachments are not even ATTACHING!

I got that wrong the first time.

She'll click on Browse, the search window opens, she double clicks on the file, the search window closes, and the attachment space is EMPTY.

She is calling someone tomorrow, the guy who set up her computer - though it had Windows XP in it already, so hopefully he can reinstall if that is necessary.

Happens in all accounts she has...don't know about her accounts on other computers though.

I think it is her computer.

She has run virus scans...so we'll see.
