CAT SURE - Kidney Issues

I just did a search for Cat Sure on this forum but couldn't find anything. Cosmo, my kitty with kidney issues, hasn't been eating the past 2-3 days. I bought him some CAT SURE. Has anybody had success in giving their cat this meal supplement? It's a liquid.

I hope Cosmo will be okay soon. I'm so worried about him. He's my little senior buddy. :( And I'm not sure what action to take now. If he doesn't eat this Cat Sure, I will call the vet to see what else I can do for him. He's peeing and all - just not eating.

He's much bigger in this picture. He's lost 2 pounds this year.
