Hee hee... Jen's at an adoption event and I'm about to leave to meet her. I have a surpirse gift for her - a portrait of Lucas.... its not a coplete surprise since she knows I was working on it but she has no clue its complete since I emailed her the other day saying I had creative issues with it. bwahahahaha. Am I sneaky or what?

YES! She will love it.... well, after she stops crying that is! I am sure that the uncanny likeness to Lucas will bring LES, as it did to me! But she will ove it and treasure it forever.... not just because it is a perfect memorial to her beloved Lucas, but also because it was created by YOU!

I just love the portrait of my little boy Lucas. (who wouldn't?)
Kim was dissappointed because I did NOT cry. I guess that is because Lucas has never really left me. He is hanging furiously onto my heart and I stare at him (on my computer desktop) every day and night. But everyone else at the adoption event was having some of that LES (even though THEY never met Lucas either).
I will be searching for the BEST place in the house to hang this very special portrait.
