Its hard to tell in the picture. Maybe a siamese mix? What are the colors? Are those stripes on her legs?

Yes her legs are striped. My scanner does not do a very good job on making my pictures clear. Not even when I touch it up.

lando, if those are tabby stripes on Chloe's legs and she has blue eyes, I'd say off hand that she is a lynx-point Siamese. My Tiger is the same breed of cat,
