RIP my sweet Peety

Peety, my favorite duck, was found dead this morning. :( :( I'm so shocked... she was so healthy yesterday. I took some pictures of her yesterday, which I will post. She was a beautiful gray and white crested duck, only about a year old. She was one of our very first ducks, and was one of three that didn't leave for the neighbors pond. I'll miss her very, very much.

RIP Peety... you were a wonderful little duck. :(

What a terrible thing to find! :(
She sounded so beautiful.. I would love to see those pictures. Poor girl, I'm so sorry.

Thank you. :( She was very special to me because she was born blind. I had to help her eat and drink, because she could'nt find the food herself. After a few weeks of giving her antibiotics, she could see again. But a couple months later she became blind again in one eye. She was never able to see as well again, but still lived a happy life.

Sorry for your loss! She is a very pretty angel.
