Ok..I know I have asked a question about window seats before..but I really need help now. I just bought a window perch for Jenna from Petco. I opened the box and it has to be assesmbled with velcro. I read some reviews about the certain one I bought and people said it's hard to get the velcro off if I wanted to switch windows. They practically said I couldn't move the thing! LOL. What am I going to do?
Do you have the receipt? Just return it! :)
As an owner of a window sill with permanent velcro decoration, I agree with Catnapper...RETURN IT!
Instead we use a plastic storage container with a towel on top.
Or make sure that thats the window you want.
Thank God the Found Cats made up thier mind that that was where thier Window Seat was going to be.
I have the same window hammock. I didn't use the velcro. What I did was place two nails in each windowsill in the appropriate place where the holes in the hammock would be. When I want to move it, I simply lift it up and put it in a different window. This way there's no velcro removing the paint.
This brings back memories.
I put up a window seat for my cats and used the velcro - big mistake.
Took off all the paint.
