That's the first time we've heard that, but now that you mention it, I can see some resemblance. We're not sure what she was, the rescue had her listed as a Yorkshire Terrier X (possibly with Poodle), and the adopters we had lined up for her thought that she had Yorkie ears, but that there was something else in her.

The face structure and the way the fur goes around her face just reminded me of a powder puff one.

I LOVE your Maltese's. ;) So cute!!
