should i or should i not

today is a beautiful day here in washington.. i have infact went swimming. I came up to my room after and looked out the window to see a little black lab walking in and out of m y nahbores gate. Should i take him on a walk.... or should i just let him sit there

I'd put him/her back in their yard. ;)

Check with all of the neighbors to see where he belongs. Otherwise, get him off of the street before he gets hit. These little fellas don't know that a car can hurt them.
