Kay is in Ohio!!!

I just got a phone call from Kay, and she, Kiara and her father are safely ensconsed in Ohio. They got here with great timing, around 9 am yesterday, and couldn't get into the camp ground until 3! Kiara went swimming yesterday- :eek: and Kay said she was shivering the whole time. He he he. For those not familiar with Ohio weather, we are still kind of chilly here, in the 60s, and the water just doesn't heat up til June, prolly. Silly girl, she prolly thought it was Florida water!!!

They are going to drive around today, and **might** head to the dog park. I tried to talk her into driving SOUTH, and I will wait and see how that pans out.

Wow did they drive that whole time or stop along the way? I am glad they are at the campground I am sure they are having a blast.

They did stop for 5 hours and sleep at a rest stop...he he he. That would have been quite a drive otherwise, eh?

Yeah I thought maybe they took turns driving or something. Well that was still great time. California is so big its hard for me to imagine driving through several states in one swoop.

Be sure you get pictures if you get to meet up with them!!!

Yay!!! I'm so glad to hear she/they made it safely! I was thinking about them today. It's getting so close, I'm so excited!!!
