How do i make a siggys and blinkies???

Hi!! I need help. I wanted to start making siggnatures and blinkies! but i dont know how. :(

I think there is an instruction guide somewhere around here :p You could search how on Google if you'd like. There are different photo programs, such as:

Photoshop
VCW Vicman's Photo Editor

And many more... hope I could help you!

Yes... It did help i downloaded it and trying to learn how to use it... i have one more question on the siggys there is a backround and like the pics people gave them some how they take the dog and put it on the backround (without the pics backround just the dog and the backround the made)... :confused: how do i do that? if u can understand what i am sayinglol i need help...

You would have to CROP the picture. :) If you don't feel like making a signature I would gladly make one for you, lol.
