Tom's in Tampa FL, & hes bored out of his skull

Anyone know any good places for a 24yr old guy to hang out?

Hes complaining about all the old people lol

Hes there for work (darn guy gets to travel everywher!!) & needs a place to go to get away from work lol

What type of person is he, what does he like to do, etc?

He could rent a boat/waverunner/kayak and go out into the gulf.
He could go to Ybor and go clubbing.

Tampa is only about a half hour from me! :)

He likes to drink (not getting wasted or anything) & hes a 350p dude, so wake boards are a no go lol :D

I think he would like a good pub with a young crowd

I don't know much about Tampa, but I am very familiar with Ft. Myers Beach!

He could check with the front desk staff at the hotel, if he is staying at one. They often can tell you local hangouts!

Good luck.... of course, he can always head to the beach! There is always something going on there!

Hes at a movie now, I hope he doesn't waste all him time at the movies this week :rolleyes: Poor guy is stuck there for a week lol.. & hes complaining about the heat lol which I think he said was 22 & its 21 here so :P

I think hes mostly lonely on these trips, esp this one as he knows no one in the area.. atleast in CA he knows hundreds of people & they drive him all over the place.

He can go to Ybor or Channelside. Channelside is not far from Ybor and has restaurants/bars and it's right on the water. Ybor has more bars and favors a younger crowd but since it's Monday, not sure there would be much happening there tonight.

If you could tell me where in Tampa he is staying I can look for things closer to his area. I work in Tampa and have lived in the Bay area my whole life. ;)
