Happy Gotcha Day, Jack and Happy 6th Birthday Dazzi!!!!

We drove 250 miles (for northern Ohio to Kentucky) to get Jack 3 years ago today. I have to say I wasn't sure we should bring him home. He smelled to high heaven and he was a mess - skin problems, ear infection and eye infection. But he has become such a sweet loving dog I can't think how we got along without him. He was 5 years old but he still sometimes acts like a pup. Here is a picture of him then.

Happy Gotcha Day and Birthday!

As I have said before, I have given each of the dogs one of my kids birthday. Dazzi has Christy's which is today too. (Jack has Carl's March 4 because I ran out of kids). Happy Birthday sweet Dazzi! (Dazzi came to us when a friend got divorced and he was moving into an apartment that didn't allow pets. That was 5 years ago and she was just a little over a year old.)
