This is something that needs to be corrected yes, therefore a stern "NO" is needed but most likely this is not just a simple housebreaking accident, most likely it is a dominance issue and additional training is necessary.
The sooner you get him neutered the better the chances you have of breaking this habit. Most vets will accommodate their clients with special needs like this one & if you explain your problems you should be able to get him in within a week or less to be neutered.
It sounds like he thinks he is or is trying to become leader of the pack & he needs to learn that you (the people) are the leaders of the pack, some overall basic obedience training would certainly help too. Not to be rude but I have noticed that you have been having quite a few different issues with training/behavior problems with your dogs lately. Therefore I strongly suggest you get both of your dogs into a reputable obedience class asap.
The NILIF rules would be mighty helpful too. Which is where you make the dog obey one or two commands before he gets ANYTHING. If he wants to eat his meals he has to sit, he has to shake to go out to potty, lay down to be petted, etc...
Also do not allow him on any beds that people sleep in no matter what & if possible, especially until you get these problems under control I wouldn't allow him up on any furniture either. Also if you are one to pick him up if he causes any problems (ex. if he barks & picking him calms him down etc...) I would stop.

THanks very much. Yes, I am having problems with them lately. Molli has food aggression, Sam pees on people, and both the dogs constantly fight with each other. For some reason it all started within the last couple weeks. (except Molli's food aggression) I cannot take them to obedience classes, but I can work with them myself. The nearest one is over 30 miles away, and my mom doesn't work specific days of the week, so half the time we coulden't go. We never let them on our beds, or upstairs for that matter. We already set an appointment for them both to get fixed. It's in April. Well first, before I start the NILIF thing, I've got to teach him basic commands, which I am working on right now. My mom is taking Sam to the vet tomorrow because he's got a sore on his face. Well she said she'd ask about getting him nuetered there because the place where we already set the appointment is totally booked. (because of the great prices) Well I figure the sooner he's nuetered the better.
btw... How do I keep Molli from bugging Sam while he's recovering, and the other way around? Before we set the appointment for the same time for this very reason, but now they are going in at different times.
You may get lucky, Molli may realize that Sam is not feeling up to par & she may leave him alone.
Just in case though here's a few ideas that may help keep her more calm & away from Sam.
Give her an extra walk or two each day while he is recovering, that will help wear her out. An extra game of fetch each day or the like. Even some obedience training & the like will wear her mind out. Actually mental activity wears Kaige out more than physical activity.
Give them some filled Kongs, buster cubes, etc....
Make sure Sam has a little "safe place" a nice bed in a crate or corner, or even have a baby gate on hand or the like so you can seperate them in different rooms if need be.

There is so many ways to deal with this,and we all have different ways we are all different when it comes to training our dogs.now when they do mess in the house i used to take them directly outside, i had a real hard time with my Newf she spent her first 6 months of her life in a kennel and what do they do? go every where so all i did was when she would mess in the house id say "Shame on you" or "that's bad" and take her directly outside and she new i ment buisness after a week or so, i was scared because she was 6 months old and i thought she was ruined but she is great now been accident free for months.
Not all of us are lucky that way,my first dog Maggy we paper trained her WHICH WAS THE WORST THING TO DO,and she was a year old before she learned that the outside was her place to go..Just keep up with them and in no time im sure Sam will get the hint!!!
