Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease workout videos

I swear this is a prefectly family friendly post!!! :o :)

Has anyone tried this workout? I just went through the first DVD today and my muscles feel like Jello!! I think I worked out muscles that I didn't know existed :eek: My first impression is that is should be a really great workout once I can untangle my feet and keep up with the 8-counts of the music :)

I have the second one (I think there's 5) and it is a great workout too. Very pilates like exercises. :)
