Skimboarding?

Does anyone know how to skimboard or are you learning? I really want to learn. A few summers ago my dad bought us a skimboard and we haven't used it to much. My sister practically broke her ankle trying and now I'm really scared to learn. :o Any tips? Or do you think it's hard or easy? :confused:

My daughter tried it, it was a lot harder than it looks.
