Just want to let you know that Amy will be safe with me in Copenhagen. I'll let her decide what we do, and I'm sure she'll send some pictures. Hope you and the dogs are fine - give them all some scritches from me.

Hi, Diane - I missed that you had responded to my earlier post. Checked in on the thread and was glad to hear things are going well. We have made it through the rehab time and Lois is getting started with Outpatient therapy now. I'm heading back to work next week - although I am considering the possibility of retirement in the not too distant future. We'll see.

Wow, it sounds like you are going to be busy doing "skilled rehab".
I posted a thread under Dog Health about the dogs going to see my vet. Smokey is having some teeth out tomorrow - the vet says that a couple are pretty bad and are probably giving him pain although you would never know it from the way he acts. Cinder is having a dental cleaning very soon too but I haven't scheduled it yet. She has some kind of infection in her eye but we know have some medicine that already seems to be helping. The vet couldn't believe what good shape they were in for their ages - your brother took VERY good care of them - I hope they don't suddenly start aging under my care.

They are not due for any shots until May. And they are nothing but wonderful. They are so loving to us and the kids too. I couldn't ask for better new "kids".

Hi, Diana - How goes it? Are the pupkidz behaving themselves? I'm hoping to get a note off to you tomorrow. Lois is back home from the skilled rehab. Now we settling into a new routine and getting some therapies at home. Will graduate to outpatient in the near future. I'm taking a brief leave of absence from work, but hope to get back to earning some money in a few weeks.

First of all I would like to again say thank you so much for taking Cinder & Smokey in. I know Phred knows and is at peace knowing his special friends are so well taken care of.

Your story of how C & S greeted you and knew they were going home with you brought fresh tears to my eyes. They know.....

We are all well. CJ & Robin are doing well. CJ adores spending time outside and Robin adores spending time on her daddy's tummy in the evenings.
