Do you start from the stem end or the bottom end?

(There is no electoral college BS stuff happening so your votes WILL BE COUTNED).

I take a sharp perry knife & cut the bottom of the banana off & then peel it. If I am not in a hurry I will continue with the perry knife & slice it into smaller bite size pieces. I throw the peeling outside on the garden because if you throw it into the wastebasket in the house & gets to smelling really bad. Banana's are more labor intense then just washing off an apple & eating it.
