Because I don't have my car till sometime tomorrow, me and Tiggs' ashes took a walk to the New Haven Harbor pier. That's where Dad's are. I was able to get Tigg's container open. In my heart, I knew they belonged together. Up in Rocky Hill, he's got my Mom AND his cat with him. Down here he had no one. I know it's sounds bizarre, but I truly believe my Dad now has his best bud with him at his "waterfront" property. :p No regrets.

A little while after, I could smell Dad's cigar smoke. I pictured him in his favorite recliner with Tiggs in his lap. Priceless.

Love and miss you guys lots. Glad you're together now.

Good for you Donna, you knew in your heart that's what was best and your
Dad just confirmed it.

Donna, I knew you would know in your heart when the time was right for you to do this and it doesn't sound bizarre at all, it was a lovely thing to do. :)
