Bella got a fine certificate of health today!

.. and her mom has been soooo happy all day, that I just felt we had to share it! :)

Bella has been suspected of having a thyroid gland problem, and when we went by the bus today for the usual once-a-year vaccination, I was trying to brace myself for the blood test or other nasty stuff I thought would be necessary. :eek: :eek:

But she turned out to be just fine! Everything was perfect, and our sweet vet praised her for being very co-operative and extremely well behaved! :cool: She has gained some weight over the past year (doctor's orders!) - her teeth were fine (hardly any tartar) - her ears and eyes were squeaky clean, her heart was pounding beautifully and her fur got top points too!! :) :)

That's always a wonderful feeling, like going in for a re-call doctor's appointment yourself and finding out that everything is fine. Just the same sense of euphoric release. Did you buy her a new toy to celebrate?

This is great news, but Bella acts and looks very healthy to me, so this is what I had expected. ;)
